 (Please note, if you are interested in Commercial Photography or Vacation Rental Photography, those rates are higher for long term photo licensing. Please contact me for those prices. The prices below are only for real estate, and single use license for photos.)

Real Estate Package 1—12-15 images   $300

Interior and exterior photos of property--basic package with fewer photos.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         12-15 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 2—25 images   $400

Interior and exterior photos of properties, generally best for properties up to 3200 square feet in size.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 25 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 3—35 images   $600

Interior and exterior photos of properties.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 35 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 4—50 images   $800

Interior and exterior photos of properties.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 50 final images for marketing use for both print and web

 Real Estate Package 5—80 images   $1200

A greater number of images to showcase a large property.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 80 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Aerial Photography   $100-200

Some properties are showcased beautifully from an elevated position above the ground. Whether the property is on a hillside, a cliff, has mountain views, or simply has a beautiful environment and space, photos taken above ground level will enhance your listing.

                Services includes:

·         Drone flight time and post-processing time

·         Up to two images of your choice. Additional images are $25 each.

·         Services provided at time of home shoot are $100

·         Aerial photography with no other services is $200 with travel up to 10 miles from Bend. Additional travel starts at $20.

Matterport 3D Home Tours   $350-800

Matterport 3D home tours are an entirely new way to experience a home. They are an immersive online 3D experience that allows potential buyers to navigate a property like a videogame with Inside View, shows how an entire property fits together with Dollhouse View, and provides the floor plan for the home.  I am offering a 50% discount if booked with a home shoot.

                Prices are based on the square footage of the home:

·         Homes up to 3000 square feet $350 ($175 with photos)

·         Homes up to 4000 square feet $450 ($225 with photos)

·         Homes up to 5000 square feet $550 ($275 with photos)

·         Homes up to 6000 square feet $650 ($325 with photos)

·         Homes up to 7000 square feet $750 ($375 with photos)

·         Homes up to 8000 square feet $850 ($425 with photos)

·         Floor Plans are ordered as an additional service, $25

Prices above show the 50% discount when combined with ground photos.

 Zillow 3D Home Tours   $200-800 (discounted 50% when combined with ground photos)

Prices are based on the square footage of the home with garage, and includes a floor plan:

·         Under 2000sq/ft: $200 ($100 when combined with ground photos)

·         2000-2999sq/ft: $300 ($150 when combined with ground photos)

·         3000-3999sq/ft: $400 ($200 when combined with ground photos)

·         4000-4999sq/ft: $500 ($250 when combined with ground photos)

·         5000-5999sq/ft: $600 ($300 when combined with ground photos)

·         6000-6999sq/ft: $700 ($350 when combined with ground photos)

·         7000-7999sq/ft: $800 ($400 when combined with ground photos)

Zillow home tours are discounted 50% when combined with ground photos.

Additional Services

Please contact me for custom quotes on services and jobs. I am flexible. The following are some common additional services.
