You only have one chance to make a first impression. Make your listing stand out with beautiful photography. Professional photography will sell your home faster and for a higher price.

 (Please note, if you are interested in Commercial Photography or Vacation Rental Photography, those rates are higher for long term photo licensing. Please contact me for those prices. The prices below are only for real estate, and single use license for photos.)

Real Estate Package 1—12-15 images   $300

Interior and exterior photos of property--basic package with fewer photos.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         12-15 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 2—25 images   $400

Interior and exterior photos of properties up to 3200 square feet in size.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 25 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 3—35 images   $600

Interior and exterior photos of properties up to 5000 square feet in size.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 35 final images for marketing use for both print and web

Real Estate Package 4—50 images   $800

A greater number of images to showcase a property, or homes over 5000 square feet in size.

                Photography package includes:

·         Your photographer's time and digital post-processing time

·         Up to 50 final images for marketing use for both print and web

 Real Estate Package 5—80 images   $1200

A greater number of images to showcase a property, or homes over 5000 square feet in size.

Aerial Photography   $100-150

Some properties are showcased beautifully from an elevated position above the ground. Whether the property is on a hillside, a cliff, has mountain views, or simply has a beautiful environment and space, photos taken above ground level will enhance your listing.

                Services includes:

·         Drone flight time and post-processing time

·         Up to two images of your choice. Additional images are $25 each.

·         Services provided at time of home shoot are $75

·         Aerial photography with no other services is $150 with travel up to 10 miles from Bend. Additional travel starts at $20.

Matterport 3D Home Tours   $350-600

Matterport 3D home tours are an entirely new way to experience a home. They are an immersive online 3D experience that allows potential buyers to navigate a property like a videogame with Inside View, shows how an entire property fits together with Dollhouse View, and provides the floor plan for the home.  I am offering a 50% discount if booked with a home shoot.

                Prices are based on the square footage of the home:

·         Homes up to 3000 square feet $350

·         Homes up to 4000 square feet $400

·         Homes up to 5000 square feet $500

·         Homes over 5000 square feet $600

Additional Services

·         Twilight photos, including additional late evening trip to property, $300 in Bend, travel fees if outside of Bend ($250 in winter)
